ASG Tac-6 CO2 Semi-Auto Airsoft Sniper Rifle
The TAC-6 rifle is a light weight, CO2 powered Airsoft rifle with an ergonomic pistol grip that holds the BB's in a stick type magazine allowing a fast reload. The rifle features a full-length picatinny styled top rail for optics and accessories. The lower part of the rifle has a long rail for attaching the included fully adjustable folding bi-pod, and can be used for other equipment like tactical lights. The rifle features an integrated mounting bay for a laser aiming module especially designed for this rifle. The thumb hole stock has a built in rubber pad for added comfort when shouldering the rifle. Included is also a pair of removable fixed sights with a self-illuminated fiber optic front bead. Using CO2 means more power and a high fire rate, making this an exciting and fun gun to shoot.

Shoots hard and accurate. The laser and bipod are poor quality but the rifle itself is excellent.

Overall this is an excellent gun, would like a bit sturdier frame though. It can be used with .12g bbs, although I dont recommend it ( less accuracy). I definitely prefer this gun over all of the “Lancer Tactical†rifles! It has stupendous accuracy with “Bulldog’s†.40g bbs, and it will shoot em a good long ways! Another excellent choice of ammo would be .25g bbs. These will give you good accuracy and a lot of FPS! I carry the “Soft Air†Thompson m1a1 along with the tac 6 and plenty of bbs.

ASG Tac-6The tac-6 is a semi-automatic co2 6mm airsoft bb gun. I picked this up as a backyard plinker. Includes bipod and laser sight.Pros: construction, feels rather sturdy. good C02 consumption rate. Full length upper and lower picatinny rails Aesthetics, personal opinion but looks unique. (not ar-15, aws, or ak based)cons: TOO HOT(409-443fps w/ .25g bb's) Cannot be used as a sniper the tac-6 does not have a practical purpose for use in an airsoft minigame. The gun shoots over 400fps even at .25g bb's making it much to hard hitting for any close combat game play. The actual barrel is much, much shorter than the one with the orange tip (actual barrel bb travels ends a few inches before front sight). NO HOP-UP cannot adjust the "range" cannot be used for ranged more than 130ft or you are required to aim well above the desired target.All that being said, it is a fun gun. I have used it stock (no attachments/modification) for a few thousand rounds and i can say it does not disappoint. The higher fps allows for it to still make complete punctures on paper material targets and cans/bottles out to 60ft. Great gun for backyard target shooting. the full length rails allow you to customize it in many many different ways, all assortments of grips and sights.

Flocks of geese frequently land in my yard. My co2 pistol didn't bother them. This rifle is accurate enough to hit them at 15 yards and powerful enough to make them jump and squawk.

The packaging is horrible, allowing the gun the flop around in transit and ultimately ended up snapping the flash hider off of the barrel in about 4 pieces. The flash hider is a single mold that runs all the way down the length of the outer barrel so this will probably cause some problems. The inner barrel is only about 1/4 the length of the outer barrel. The gun itself looks nice, but fires about the same as a 40$ C02 pistol. It seems like it would be a decent backup gun, but I cant for the life of me recommend this as a primary, or only weapon. I think at $100 dollars, the price is a bit steep for the quality of the gun, however I wasn't expecting a high end primary sniper when I bought it. This review is basically to give a few extra points to newer airsofters looking to buy their first gun. I would recommend spending money elsewhere for a first weapon, however if it doesn't break on its way to you this would make a decent backup later on.

Awesome Deal! I Love Everything About This Rifle! I Was Worried About The Complete Lack Of Hop-Up, But Somehow It Doesn't Seem To Be A Big Issue.. Mainly Because, After Doing Some research On This Gun, Many Others Suggest Using it As A DMR Rather Than For Sniping At An Increased Distance. To That End, I Removed The Bi-pod (Which Was A Shame Since It's Of Such High Quality) And Threw A Forward Grip And Flashlight On There. This Rifle Has The Absolute Sturdiest Feel Of Any Airsoft I've Ever Held, I Can Only Assume it's Quite Durable Within Reason. The Laser That Was Included Is A Very Novel Idea I Think, It Sits In The Rifle Body And Takes No Space From Your Rails. The Included Sights Are Also Very Handy, Especially The Bright Orange front Post. Overall, This Isn't The Best Airsoft Rifle Out There, But For This Price, And All The Included Bells And Whistles. The Deal Is Quite Hard To Beat!

After doing research, watching videos, and even contacting the manufacturer I finally bought this airsoft gun. Most people complain about it not having a hop up, but infact it does have a fixed hop up system. And it works well, not perfect, but well. This gun is effective, and people know when they've been hit. This is a mid range marksman rifle more so than a true sniper rifle. I am very satisfied with the ASG Tac-6.

My 14 year old son bought this with his own money. He used it twice score it stopped working 31 days after he bought it. The company wouldn’t refund his money and either would Amazon. Both companies are complete trash and should be ashamed of themselves. One day over 30 days and they still wouldn’t help him. I now hate Amazon and will tell everyone I know that they suck. I can’t wait for competition to replace them.
