This safety yellow (day-glow chartreuse) jacket is what I had been looking for to be more visible to drivers while doing my 3+ mile daytime exercise walks on neighborhood streets. I got it for the cooler months, because I easily heat up when moving around and-or exercising. I walk fast and sometimes I get damp inside it even on cool days. I have some very expensive jackets and pants that are supposed to be waterproof and breathable, but I get wet inside them, so it came as no surprise that I would get wet in this jacket that is not advertised as breatheable. In warm weather I wear T-shirts and shorts and still get soaked. This jacket is very light weight,quite noticeable for safety, looks nice, makes a pretty good wind breaker, and has features not normally found at this price, such as reflective piping on the chest and upper back. I bought it in my normal XL size but it appears to me that it is kind of in between XL and 2XL, so there is room to layer under it in winter. It came with an odor that I did not like, so I put it in the washer machine on p. press warm with other clothing and hung it to dry; It came out of the wash smelling good and in perfect condition except for some wrinkles that mostly disappeared as it dried. It dried fairly fast. IMO, it is well worth what I paid.

Awesome lightweight stylish impressive quality-made non-hooded windbreaker!!! I been searching forever everywhere for a nice lightweight windbreaker to replace my old/worn stylish Weather Proof navy shell jacket that is no longer made. It has a nice almost tailored fit and the material is wonderful (thickness, feel, color, sheen, etc). It has great features like a stand-up collar, outer zipped hand pockets, inner non-zipped pockets, zipper neck cover (which can be folder inward if preferred), elastic cuffs (to fit most arm lengths) and drawstring bottom and small hidden vents. It compliments both casual work clothes and sports wear very well with attractive but understated reflective strips on the frond shoulder and upper back. My wife has complimented its looks numerous times. I will likely order others for her and myself. I only wish that it had an inside zipped wallet pocket like my old Weather Proof jacket, but unlike all the other jackets I looked at, it does have inner pockets (that are actually pretty nice and roomy). See photos for details. The jacket is actually a very nice dark navy color as in the darker (non-flash) photos.

I like to think of myself as a 2XL but I must admit I am a little bigger than that. I did get a 3XL and it just fits at my 50 " waist. Lots of room elsewhere in chest and shoulders.It has the feel of high quality; it is very light weight. I just wanted a shell to go over other layers and for that it works.It really does look good and the reflective strip are a nice touch. I think the inside pockets will be usefully.

This jacket is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an unlined jacket with pockets that did not look like a big plastic bag or feel really flimsy. This looks nice and feels good. The reflective stripes on front and back are not only functional from a safety point, but they also add a nice decorative touch without having to show a manufacturer's logo. The vents under the arms are also helpful. The other 'lightweight' windbreakers I own have liners which make them less lightweight than I wanted. This jacket is great for the beach to literally help offset wind effects, and to give me some cover when I'm concerned about sunburn, etc. Size and fit are as described, and price is well worth it for this jacket.
