Arrival was as stated and for small fee, brought this very heavy wood stove into the house and into the room of my choice. Also, the stove is working great.

Stove works fine, problem comes in when you sweep out the ash down the ash clean out into the ash tray. The clean out is located at the left hand end and not the center of the stove. This creates a build up or overflow of ash inside the encloser. See attached photo, this was after one night burn. If you’re not careful this could be a major issue. I installed this stove in my hunting cabin and I have a different manufacturer stove in my home. That one the clean out is in the center of the stove and in the ten years it’s been in operation , never a problem.

I am leaving a bad review as a life long wood burning person. I have had a wood stove since I can remember. So don't give me any comments about not knowing what I'm doing. I have even cut down trees and hauled my own wood.1st it does not heat a home of 2000sq'. My house is 1995sq'. I have to plug in an electric heater in different rooms if I want to stay warm.2nd it is not easy to start or keep a fire going. I know how to start a fire in a wood stove. I have even used some boyscout juice and it still won't light.3rd it doesn't hold enough wood to get through the night. And a 21" log???? Please not even4th and most IMPORTANTLY WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR TO PUT IN MORE WOOD HOT LOGS OR COALS WILL FALL OUT!!! I almost had a logs fall on me this morning. Good thing I opened the door carefully!! If I get burnt or my new floors and rug get ruined I will sue this company.Horrible design!!Oh and trying to get a refund is ridiculous. Called the company and got a recording that they were closed, WHAT? I live in central time and they were closed at 4PM???So wish me luck to get my money back.

Wow, what a stove. I installed it after my Franklin stove cracked. I was afraid it wouldn't be good for the low cost, but I'm thrilled. So much more efficient than my old stove.

We have used this stove for 2 seasons now (burn daily from October - March). This has held up great. There were no issues with delivery, it came on time and in great condition. Installation was easy following the directions and we added the outside air intake system which makes a big difference when starting a fire or opening the damper to re-ignite the fire.The inside firebox is 23 inches wide which is plenty big (you can fit a 24 inch log diagonal if you need to).We use this in a 400 sq ft room and this stove has no problem keeping it warm (this stove is overkill for this size room) . I would agree with the other reviewers that this would not heat the advertised 2000 sq foot room. I removed a star for this reason.All and all, I am very happy with this stove and it was a great purchase.

It takes a little getting used to building a fire in this stove. Once you get the hang of it, it burns nicely.

I only used it as suggested in the manual and then used it with 2 fires! Then the closing handle broke!Turn out the main handle runs in and out on threads sow don’t turn it out or in to much!

I must say that I am disappointed in the build of the stove. It appears to be pretty lightweight in its construction. Maybe it's just that it is lighter in its build than the other stoves that I have had or been around. It will take a while to really be able to evaluate the stove. It is substantially lighter of build. Also it is made in China. Office is in Tennessee.
