I almost don't want to review these so I can gatekeep them -- these are an amazing deal. They have a great weight and finish, they look very high end, they operate well, and they are super easy to install! Only complaint would be that they are only available in privacy -- no dummies, passage, or keyed. Still, such a great price! Started with a four pack, and went back to do my entire home. Designer tip -- the Kwikset Pismo exterior knob and deadbolt is a nice match with these.

These door handles are superb! I am giving 5 stars because they deserve it, but I encountered some issues specific to the design of what I replaced. If you are replacing existing handles extra steps may be required.I love the knurled detail and the weight exceeds my expectations. The handles aren't cheaply made and feel durable. I was hesitant to add them to my 6-panel doors, but they pair beautifully and update them nicely.That said, I wish I had checked my existing door plates before purchasing. These have a rectangular plate permanently attached to the latch mechanism while mine have a small circle, drive-in style. In order to use these I will need to cut out a spot for the plate to sit flush into the edge of the door. I was hoping I could use the latch mechanism from our previous handles, but the holes don't line up.The plate that attaches to the door frame has a different radius than our existing style. This could be fixed with a chisel or sharp blade but it makes for a more involved project requiring additional tools. I plan to paint our current door frame latch black when I paint our hinges to match. The plates come with a plastic film to protect them during shipment but the metal feels thinner and has jagged edges, so use caution while handling. The holes of the frame plate line up with the existing holes, so they must follow a standard.I highly recommend purchasing these if the latch plates aren't an issue for you.Update for drive-in style: Over a month later and I finally found some drive-in latches that are compatible with these handles. Kwikset does not work because the rod that moves the latch is circular but these handles require square. I found Dexter (by Schlage) and TruGuard both work perfectly! Just be sure compare the internal latches (square not circle and that the 2 screw holes line up) and make sure it is a passage latch. I found new door handles with the correct internals at ReStore, so was an extra $34 to finally finish this project. I need 11 more for my 2nd level, but the price for extra latches adds up quick.

The handle has too much wiggle before it engages. It looks nice but I wish the handle would stay level and not sag.

These door handles were very easy to install and they gave us a nice modern look with very little effort! The quality feels great - nice and heavy to the touchHappy to recommend these door handles as an easy upgrade to your home, no more old brass door handles for me!
