Excellent product, large ridges provide chunky rock classification (did I just make that up - chunky rock = YES!), small ridges are PERFECT for fines, pickers, etc. (if not sure what I am describing, just hop online and search those terms up), took this little gem out ONCE and I was hopping around ecstatically as I worked black sands and various other deposits/diggings, great pan - YOU SHOULD GET ONE! : )

This lil'guy is great for panning concentrates! Its size allows you to take it any place/anytime. Really fun to use on small samples!

A nice size for beginners. They are on the thin side, so they flex with a full pan, and probably won't last a long time. But they are a good starter pan.

I got this next day shipping which is always amazing. I needed a smaller pan and decided to go with blue this time. I think I will be swapping all my pans for blue because you can see the gold and the black sands a lot better on blue, At least I can. There’s No complaints from me about this pan. Exactly what I wanted.

8in black pan for gold is great as it fits in my pack or you can tie a string to it for even better accessibility.I have been using this alone at home as you can really see the fine gold dust.

The pan is perfect. I just wish I had ordered a 10 or 12 inch pan as I find the 8 inch pan too small.
