Bought this laptop for schoolwork, writing and watching videos, and it serves that purpose very well. However, if you plan to play any sort of video games on this laptop, I recommend getting something else as it barely runs Minecraft bedrock edition.

I only have three problems, I bought this knowing it would meet my low expectations, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad, it’s slow and buggy that’s first, second it doesn’t have enough space to even download a simple game on like steam, downloading a game that’s only 2.37gb takes almost 6 hours, third it refuses to connect to my WiFi?? It says it’s connected but isn’t, I’ve tried so many different attempts on having it connect to internet, but nothing I did worked, so now it’s just sitting on my desk collecting dust, it’s literally useless. I wish I could give this zero stars. WASTE OF MY MONEY, definitely returning this. do not buy this, it’s a piece of junk, i literally don’t even know why anyone would.UPDATE: I was a little harsh at first, I’ve decided on keeping it. ONLY because I can update the ram along with an external hard drive and have it run faster. Still one star. You get what you pay for I guess.

This laptop was delivered and packaged perfectly how ever due to the fact that it only has 4gigs of non upgradeable RAM installed just turning it on makes this laptop unfortunately unusable as windows 11's RAM requirement is 4 gigs
