This is an absolutely adorable dress! One that truly can be dressed up or down and would be flattering on nearly every body type. I am 5’3†and am normally between a medium and large so after reading others reviews decided to go with a medium. It fit fine but really still felt too big and very long in the back. I am exchanging for a small but will just hang dry after washing. Great material, super flowy, comfortable and love the pockets! The rust color can go with any season!

I have not washed it yet, probably will air dry but it is ADORABLE! Was skeptical due 3.9 rating but definitely perfect for what I needed! If you are looking for a cute dress to wear over a long sleeve lace or solid turtleneck this is perfect!

Since Free People's quality can vary, I'd say this dress matches my $70-$100 pieces from them - okay quality, but overpriced. We'll see how it holds up to a few washes. The fabric is thick enough not to feel flimsy but still thin enough to stay cool in summer. It wrinkled easily after steaming it, but a light spray of starch and ironing might help. I only knocked off a star because, at the end of the day, it’s still a cheap piece but at least it’s at an appropriate price tag.Regarding sizing, I'm 5'6", 125 lbs, with a small chest and a slight upper frame. The small was too loose, so I exchanged it for an extra small, which fits perfectly while still being loose and airy. Although baby doll cuts are usually too feminine for my taste, getting it in a muted color balances it out, and I actually love how it feels. This dress will be great for the triple-digit heat in California.

This dress is cute, it’s oversized and flowy. However after one wash, it shrunk quite a bit (I dried it on low) and I had to give it to give it away.It’s true to size and the fabric quality feels nice.

Upon arrival I did enjoy this dress. Fabric feels like a tshirt material and the pockets were nice. I wore it once and washed (on COLD) and the amount that this dress shrank made it unwearable!! It is now weirdly short asymmetrically in front and it barely covers my crotch. It’s basically only a long shirt now. My pictures are before and after- ugh!

I absolutely love this little dress. The color was exactly as it was pictured, and it is super soft. The material is great quality (isn't too thin). You will want to wear a bralette underneath (you can see your bra in the armpit area). I am going to purchase a few more. It is a high/low dress - the front isn't too short, though. This is perfect for spring and summer. I am 4'11 and 110 pounds and I purchased a small. Fits a bit oversized just as it's pictured. Buy this - you won't regret it!

I recently gave birth and wanted some thing nice and loose that I could wear during the summer. I am still pretty overweight and likely will be as I hang onto weight while breast-feeding. I bought two of these dresses and they are exactly what I wanted. I intentionally sized up so they are not formfitting. I usually would get a small but instead I got a medium and it’s perfect. Even sizing up the dress seems pretty short, but I was planning on wearing shorts underneath anyway. There are pockets which is definitely an added bonus!

It’s a great summer dress. Appearance is pretty high quality, it lays nicely. Very comfortable and straps are thick. Material is decent quality, no issues with transparency, a bit heavier than expected but that’s a plus. My only complaint is that after only one wash/dry cycle it shrank a size-able amount.

Colour was not even close to the photo. More of a Halloween burnt orange. Also hangs more flat than picture. Doesn’t look at all like photo.
