This is easy to put together and pretty sturdy. As others have said, it is made for dvds and cds so if you are looking to store heavier items or books it may not hold up long term.I read the dimensions before buying this so I knew it was going to be small, and that's exactly what I wanted. However, I can see how some people might be upset with the size. The picture on the website and on the box shows five shelves, one with a lot of extra space. However, in actuality it only has room for four shelves. I have two extra shelf pieces that I'm keeping in case one breaks. You can't move the shelves to make smaller CD shelves or try to make the shelves the exact size of a DVD case because of the placement of the peg holes. You could create a couple tiny shelves for knickknacks but that's about it. So, if you're visualizing a unit that has room for 5-6 shelves you may be picturing something larger than it actually is.Overall though, I am happy with this purchase. I wanted something small for my bedroom and this is it. And it is sooo much sturdier than the plastic piece of crap I bought before this.

And maybe over priced for what you get."However, I found I didn't pay near what it shows in my order history. My order history says $41. Buy, when I clicked on it to buy it again, it was $26 Prime. That sounds very familiar. At $26 I think it is a good value for the money. Below, you'll see the original review. You can now ignore the part about value since I realized I was wrong about what I paid.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Very well packaged. Double boxed from manufacturer. Parts protected from each other. No rattles. Parts bag protected and top folded 3 times and stapled. No scratches, chips or any damage.Relatively easy to assemble, but some screw holes didn't line up. Parts are identical, like top and bottom the same, left and right side the same (just flip over). Holes for dowels are deep enough, and just large enough so a very easy push will make them go in.Instructions could be a little better. Mainly if they included the exact type and size of the screws I could order replacements. Otherwise, since it is so easy to assemble (only tool needed is a philips-head screw driver) the instructions don't really need much more. But, since the sides and top an bottom had their own part numbers, it made me look for ages to see what the difference was, until I finally decided there was none.The only issue is there were only 3 of the 12 needed screws. And, I only saw a place to return it, no place to contact seller and ask for more. Since I am high-risk, I am not leaving my house, so going and getting more is not an option. Neither is going to a shipping center for the free return (Amazon Prime). If I had no other option, I would do that.Luckily, I had some screws. But, they are silver and flat-head, so they look bad, and it makes the likelyhood of slipping and damaging the shelves higher. But I managed. It just looks bad with those bright silver screws instead of the black ones that come with it.Other than that, it is thin and a little shaky for $40+. It'd be a pretty good deal at $20. I could go for $30.With all that, I'll order another one or two. Devil you know, and all that. I just need to clean up the messy stacks and boxes of DVDs scattered around.After I can go out again, maybe I'll get materials to make my own and these can go to the basement shop for lathe tooling and the like.If the seller can send me replacement screws, I'll raise the rating at least 1 star.

It comes in a very small elongated box, its packed well has a spare screw for of each type, instructions are fairly straightforward, but you need to look at facing of certain boards since it isnt shown well in diagram. The two long boards have indented hole along them to slide the backing in place, I like this better then hammering in nails to the back in other towers, but you need to make sure everything else is screwed in well otherwise there's no support to keep backing in place. I had two shelf boards left over after I measured how many blurays I can max out. Its fairly sturdy, but I'd have to play around with it if I get another one to see if it's sturdy enough to stack on top of each other, so far satisfied.I'm actually impressed at how flush everything looks now, even looks good with pop figures. I have my whole 4k and bluray collection in it, with room for more.

Decent price, easy to assemble. It's a bit flimsy. It was missing a back pannel for it (it was half the size needed)- so it's open air, but I put it against a wall, and that worked for me. It serves its purpose, is small, but still stores a lot of Blu-rays. It probably won't survive a move and I wouldn't buy it again, but I'm satisfied with it.

I got this as a VHS holder and it is just perfect! VHSs in cardboard sleeves fit like a glove and I can get 15 across exactly. Only downside is it can’t fit the plastic cases since they’re a bit bigger, but I’m not surprised - it’s an odd shape. Really glad I finally found something to display and store my collection!!

Went together relatively easy and a fairtly sturdy design. I used it not as intended but as for scale model display purposes. Works for me !

La información del producto dice tener capacidad de hasta 230-240 discos, dvd, blue Ray etc......ya en la práctica solo caben 130 discos (entre blue Ray y dvd)....nada es madera puro MDF, se siente frágil.

The build is similiar to ikea but cheaper. So it goes together easily enough.At the time of purchase ... 30 percent off equaled the US price (coverted to cdn dollars) and the indicated shipping and import fees. In other words, you need to see it at 30 percent off to pay the US retail price :(Please see the pics to get an idea of the size relative to the ikea kallax it is sitting on. In one pic, a regular sized pringle tube is placed in front for scale. (totally unrelated, but in the pringle pic you can see where 3 commando strips failed holding one pic frame on wood paneling.)A solid 72 percent in use ... been awhile now. No anchoring has been needed. (mileage will very if have wee ones to worry about)
