I had very little trouble installing this, the tricky part is finding the hook end on the transmission. No fault of the part at all, but a tool to fish out the hook would be a nice touch.The part itself is made from the same materials as the GM part that broke and I replaced it for. The fit and finish is just like a factory piece.Good value too, can’t beat the price.Installed on a 1969 TH350

Good cable. Works for what i needed it to. Hooked up to the TH350 transmission great. Was a little long but better than being short.

Did not fit listed application: 1981 Chevy C10.Slide was also incredibly flimsy and bends too easy - if this does fit your application, i wouldn’t expect it to last.
