Bought this refill card in a bundle with phone and sim. Was not able to activate phone and use this card. Went to physical location and AT&T reps were not able to help me as well. I managed to return the phone and sim card but this seller refused to issue a refund for the card twice (I emailed first and then got help from amazon reps which also didn't help).Not to mention the fact that it wasn't actually a card that I received but a piece of paper with activation code on it.Seller didn't even bother to talk to me. Instead I received the same scripted response twice form them.You're better off buying that refill card in a physical location.

Received card. When trying to load minutes online on AT&T website, got an error message saying "This prepaid pin or card has already been used." Called the number on the back of the card (800) 360-8802, www.Recharge.World. Was told they would get back to me. I asked how long before I would hear back. I was told two hours. Still nothing after 3 1/2 hours. I need the minutes downloaded today. Very annoying. Will update if I hear back and am able to use the card. BEWARE

It’s a scam, the card doesn’t work when you get it.
