Very easy to install. It has a great seal. Fits perfectly. I could tell the difference as soon as it was installed. It creates a great barrier between your attic and your home. Great value for the money. We rarely get in our attic but so far the zipper works great. A very energy efficient product and if you have this type of attic entrance you should definitely get this. This product is very durable and installs in minutes.

Super easy to install! Based on the reviews, we will keep an eye out for any condensation issues over time. It fit perfectly for us and seals the opening very well. You could feel the draft from the drop down attic door area prior and after installation it seemed totally air leak free. Our attic is not well insulated yet so this is a great way to help with keeping the heat in the house until then. I definitely recommend this product and the added stapler was super convenient.

Easy to install by myself and used a staple gun. Fits opening exactly and zipper seems good quality. So nice not to feel the cold attic air seeping out of the hatch. Will surely make a difference in heating the house.

I should have done this 15 years ago. It's a quick and easy install, and cut the temperature of the attic stair opening by 10 degrees when closed vs. the adjacent ceiling area. Looking forward to measuring temp. again in the summer.

Ich habe die Abdeckung bei zwei verschiedenen Dachbodentreppen ausprobiert und sie passte bei beiden nicht. Die Höhe der Abdeckung ist zu gering, so dass die Treppe (oder der Federmechanismus der Treppe) im eingeklappten Zustand an die Abdeckung stößt und sie zerstört.

Habe meine ein paar Monate installiert. Anfangs war ich auch echt überrascht was für ein unterschied die Haube macht.Jedoch bildeten sich bei Temperaturen unter 0 Grad , von innen Kondenswasser so das die ganze Haube klitsch nass war. Endergebnis nach ein paar Wochen musste die gesamte Dachboden Treppe ausgetauscht werden wegen dieser Haube da das komplette Holz ringsum durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit weggegammelt ist.
