I have 4 Kicker CSC674 Coaxial Door speakers in my 22 Bronco Sport. I am driving them with a 100x4 amp. With that amount of power if you run full frequency you will overdrive the speakers depending on your choice of music. I had some distortion previously and had to turn down the gains and use the electronic crossover function on my amp. I installed these bad boys on the speakers and then turned off the crossover in the amp and it sounds much better. I have a DVC 8 inch Bazooka tube in the back being driven by 200 on each voice coil so I am not needing the door speakers to carry "boom". These balanced the speakers and I am very happy. If I was to do it again I would buy the caps that crossover at about 250 instead of 300. Remember, with a passive Crossover Cap like this the roll off is about 6db per octave, so the roll off is not severe. The Kickers can handle a little more boom. If you have good quality 6.5 or 6.75 door speakers go with a cap that does 200 or 250hz. If you have just average speakers, stick with these. I don't want to remove my door skins again, so these will sit in there until I find another reason to open them up and I will install the caps with a lower crossover point. But these are the bees knees and work very well.

I was swapping out the bass blocker and these looked better quality than the stock ones on the speakers

Used for 88 cutlass rear 6x9s because current amp and gravity 7 band eq has no hpf,i like how convevient they are and the price but they didnt stop as much bass as i wanted them to.all in all they do a great job maybe i just need another size filter

They work just fine for people has good 2-way/3-way 6x9 speakers to pair with. However, these 133uf capacitor may cut too much(300Hz and below) for my Polk 351. The 199uf(200Hz high pass) that came with speakers did not get to where I like. Maybe I should try a capacitor like 166uf.

I replaced the door speakers and added new tweeters to my factory radio. I replaced the factory capacitors with these because the old ones were mounted on the factory speakers and it was easier to swap than recycle them. I'm glad I did! These really revived the old tweeters, giving them a clearer, crisper and louder sound especially at a higher volume.I'm betting the old factory caps were either bad, allowing full range frequency to the tweeters, or too restrictive and choked the power to the tweeters too much. Either way, they never gave a crisp high sound until I installed these.

I have it hook to cheaper speakers and I can tell a bit difference. Works as they should.
