This is impressively realistic looking. My daughter loves birds & always wants to go to a great little Parrot shop nearby. I wanted her to have something to play with that looked good enough. This one has fooled a few people.

The only problem is the tail is so poorly attached and so fragile.

It is light Styrofoam and covered well with feathers, I needed a pheonix for my cosplay and couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. This was a perfect base, I ordered the yellow one and painted it, and glued on a couple extra feathers :)
