This is a great set. The zipper on my pouch has a kink and pretty sure it will break in short use but that's so minor not worried about it, the tools are fantastic, perfect for rock painting, well made, a variety of sizes for all needs, heavy. well packaged and presentedAnd as an artist who ALSO works with polymer clay, this is a GREAT set to use while sculpting too. Cannot go wrong at this price, the other reviews, all true! I cannot say more than what's been said EXCEPT to say, great tools not only for rocks but for sculpting polymer clay. After playing with them I feel very strongly that they will really hold up, they are easy to clean and a nice investment for us artsy types. If on the fence, BUY IT.

Had purchased the kit previously and wanted just the tools to use at work. I work with seniors with disabilities. I'm hoping to used these tools to aid them with their manual dexterity and eye coordination.

Decent starter set for the price. I would prefer a palette with hemispherical wells in it, the one in this set is shallow and not the best shape for mixing/stirring and is more difficult/requires more paint to dip the tools in so I had to purchase other ones separate from this set. Also, it would be nice if the tools had the size marked on them or a spec sheet that listed their size. However, the tools work great for dotting.

I've been having a lot of fun with this set. It's a great price for everything that was included. When I get started with these, my family knows not to bother me. I go all Zen-like :PThe stencil is the perfect size for tiles that I've been playing around with. I haven't tried it on anything else, but I'm sure I can make due. The acrylic and the smaller dotting tools were much easier to use than the larger ball dotting tools. I might need to just get used to using them. They're still nice to play around and experiment with.If you're a nail polish enthusiast, the smaller dotting set is nice for that, too!

I discovered Dot painting through a friend and then on YouTube. Fascinated and wanting something creative yet easy to do, this Kit has it all. I've kept up with beginner classes and am now enjoying creating my own. It helps so much to have these tools as you don't want frustration with bad results stopping you from such a limitless art form. Comes in a nice case so everything is in one place when you need it.

I ordered seven of these kits for a class I was teaching. Two of them arrived with cracks in the paint tray. The tools themselves are good and sturdy; however, the paint trays are really thin and flimsy.
