I removed the pre-installed sticky tape on the gear knob and it's a perfect fit on my Maverick XL Hybrid. The other pieces didn't have tape and they were also a perfect fit. It adds some sporty flair to the dashboard and you can remove them easily if you want to. The XL doesn't have a push-to-start button so i have one spare piece. Someome else in the comment section mentioned they added some foam tape to the spare piece and used it for the phone speaker at the upper left of the driver. I don't see how to do that but i might try to figure it out. The adhesion to the knobs isn't an issue because you literally just push these into position. They perform perfectly, durability is good because they are aluminum, and they are a great value for the price. These are a great deal.

All the fittings are snug on the knobs. REMOVE THE ADHESIVE FROM THE LARGE GEAR FITTING!! It made it waaay too tight and I thought I was gonna break the knob. Once I scraped all the pre-installed adhesive carefully it fit the knob perfectly.I also don't have a start/stop button, but I used some of my own spongy adhesive strips to secure the ring around the circular speaker on the driver's side post, and I think it looks awesome.The product feels like nice sturdy metal, hopefully the blue coating stands the test of time.

These look great however the 'fit' inhibited the functionality of the knobs, so rather than remove every time we wanted to use the knob we returned the whole set, disappointing to say the least.

This shifter knob looks great and feels much better than the rubbery shifter knob standard with the truck. That said, it is a little difficult to install. You peel away the tape coverings inside and slide it down onto the shifter. It takes some force to get it all the way seated, and I was careful not to break anything. I was a little concerned until it was in place. I really like it though. It feels solid and accents the interior.

I love the sporty look it lends, but I especially like the ease of using them. The installation was effortless. I didn't use the adhesive strips because the knowbs fit snuggly on my 22 Maverick.

Nice product but didn’t fit perfectly make sure you take the 2 way tape inside the knob button for a better fit it doesn’t go all the way down.
