Specifications:
Total Length: 600mm Head Thread Size: M8*1 End Connection Size For Valve: M8*1 Voltage: >20mV Time For Opening Valve: Less Than 10s
Install Steps:
1. Install the thermocouple tip on a board and use two nuts to fix its location
2. Keep the tip about 5mm from the burner hole.
3. Fix the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end tightly (Check if your valve end thread is 8mm before your buying)
4. Connect two flat terminals well with the current tilt switch terminals.
5. Turn on the gas and push your valve 5-10s till the thermocouple end is heated.
6. Release your hand and it work well. If failed, please check.
- a. If your thermocouple is heated on flame
- b. If the thermocouple end is well connected with valve
- c. If the terminals connect tilt switch well.

Nice replacement for the Ooni. Much better than $89 for the OEM part. Had to wiggle a tiny bit to get it in, and it was longer so I added a loop to the routing, but super easy and worked right away.

great replacement part. had the pizza oven for about 4 years.then it started acting up. it would run for about 15-20 minutes ok, and then cut out.restart, last for a few minutes, then cut out. eventually it would not stay lit.The thermo couple appears to be defective in these.it was not made to be consumer replaceable, bottom panel uses triangle bits, to try to prevent opening.the bits are easily found on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5GSMPV7 for a few bucks.took about 45minutes probably.

The thermocouple was easy to install. Had trouble finding a metric one locally.

My Ooni Koda pizza oven is now five years old and the thermocouple finally gave out. I contacted them and they do not offer replacement thermocouples. And they could not assist under the warranty because even though I had the original purchase receipt they require the serial number and unfortunately that’s on a cheap metallic sticker on the rear leg and it burned away. The original Ooni Koda 12 is not made to be disassembled - the base it attached to the top with many stainless steel rivets. Perhaps the reason that Ooni will not offer the part. I drilled out all of the rivets and replaced them with stainless steel sheet metal screws. Anyway, job done and I now have a working Ooni oven again. This replacement thermocouple is perfect.

I used this to replace the thermocouple on my Ooni Koda 12. Works well so far. I think they had a bad batch of thermocouples for a spell as this was a common problem. Fixed the problem with our fire table. Kept Turing off and now works again and that problem has been fixed
