Description says - and shows in picture - includes 2 Wood Oak Coasters. Ordered a set and they arrived with no coasters. Filled out a refund request and was told if I wanted they would send out a replacement set the next day. I said okay since I did like the glasses but the replacement set also came without coasters. Had to repackage both, print return labels and take them to the UPS store. Now I have to wait for a refund. Waste of my time and money. Glasses seemed very nice, in a nice box, and I would have kept them if they had included what they were supposed to.UPDATE: After 2 disappointments from Amazon fulfillment, was contacted by the seller who personally took care of the issue immediately. Very happy now - the glasses are stunning with their custom coasters and will make an elegant gift for my wine-loving relative.

I really wasn't quite sure what I would end up with in selecting and ordering these glasses, but I'm very, very happy to say I am SO happy with them! Seriously happy. They're solid and made exceptionally well. Sitting on my home bar really makes it pop.

Wanted to love, bought several as gifts. One arrived without coaster, another arrived w one glass broken. The manufacturer needs a sturdier box to pack in. Otherwise these are LOVELY if not a bit delicate

I just received my third order of Aura Glass and my dinner set is now complete! These glasses are awesome. My wife and I enjoy our wine and Aura Glass are great aerating wine glasses. Similarly, I am a single malt scotch drinker and Aura Glass are perfect snifters. If anyone enjoys wine, scotch, brandy, tequila etc. - Aura Glass is a PERFECT match.

I really like these snifters, I use them for my cognac, which I love. They really let the aroma and flavors come through as they should. They are very well-made and sturdy, won’t easily break, like Crystal snifters. You do need to use the wooden bases if you’re going to be moving them around much. I don’t have any real complaints, because they are as described and what I expected.

The glasses feel nice in the hand but the wooden place mats are not the best quality one of them has cracked in half :( we have only had them 3 weeks
