The new fittings for the glider rocking chair are very well-made and all of the possible little parts are included. I bought both sizes not knowing which was the right one for my rocker so I have spares. Everything was delivered very quickly and my rocking chair glides perfectly now.

I'm building a couple of gliding swivel rocking chairs from scratch. 1st time. Making the holes correctly in the wood, these work great. I'm not finished making them yet, but I made the gliding parts to go in the chair and am pleased how they came out.

They seem to be made of quality materials. I used them to replace the worn-out original's on an older glider rocker.

My glider rocker (or whatever it's called) developed broken bearings to the point of the little balls themselves falling out, so something had to be done. I took the chair apart to measure my bearings. They had M10 bolts at about 45mm, but I couldn't find replacements with M10 bolts.I took a chance on these (M8.5 x 45mm). They fit just fine where it matters. The smaller diameter bolt turns out not to be a critical factor.I did reuse the old large washers that have the 3 screw holes because the holes on the new washers were slightly closer to the center of the washer. I guess I could also have drilled new pilot holes that fit the new washers but this seemed quicker.Fresh out of the package, the new bearings were hard to turn just by hand. However, once installed, the chair now glides smoothly and is noise-free.It was harder to get the old bearings out than it was to put the new ones in. The whole job took a little over 2 hours.

Medium quality is good but it will not last long in long term use. It is good for its price but it is not a very long term product. Buy it knowing this.

They were a bit difficult to install but once they were in they worked perfectly. I would recommend them. However they take time to get them replaced.
