The zipper on this came stuck. We tried everything and could not get it to unzip. It was also very thin and skinny Another child made a comment about it looking cheap to my son. We would return it, but we had to cut the zipper off and make do for the event we had

When I purchased the tie, it arrived quickly and a nice presentation in a plastic box holder. It is a child’s tie so not too thick. It appeared fine.It is true to sizeOn the night we needed to wear it for an orchestra concert, that is where the problems happened. We got the tie on and it was ok.We tried on and off to adjust it and the zipper broke. We could not get it to work.Unfortunately the description states a child can do this tie, I disagree you have to very gently zipper it up and unzip it or it gets stuck and then comes off the track.

Bought this tie for my son’s graduation. He wore it for the ceremony and as I took it off after the photos the stitching came apart and the zipper broke. Maybe we just got a defective one? Would like a refund or replacement.
