It appears to me to be as described and of the quality I expected, --good. It's not "industrial" as I define it, but not a "toy" either, --appears as appropriate for intended use to me.I did compare all of this type offered online as well as I could, and from other vendors for my application, '79 MGB. It, to me appeared as identical as what was offered at actually 6x's the price. However again, I could not compare in hand.Nonetheless, in pulling up the pictures provided, stickers, markings and all, sans the Brand-name, looked identical and appears as the same country of origin manufacture to me.The sizes provided, dimensions, are accurate for my application installation. The install kit came with it and was as good as these can come with.Actually for my application I could have installed one as-is, as pull, aligned to one side, and another as push aligned to the other side R/L -- since effectively what I did since I left the one functioning stock fan in place as push with this as pull favoring the radiator inlet/Rt-side. My point is, as this should be, -- is a functional, flexible aftermarket product that adapted well for me as needed. I could have easily bolted it to a simple cowling, and still can if need be in time.I'll expect to get as much service from this as any other I might have gotten with a limited warranty, etc. There is no wiring diagram, or suggested install diagram, and I didn't need one. Nonetheless, due to other questions here, the Blue-wire is "Positive" and functions with the fan blade as delivered, as pull. Since the blades are straight-but-angled, I'm not sure you have to reverse the blades as apposed to reversing the wires. As I did, I suggest testing it prior to installation, carefully since blades are exposed, and those install ties are *one use only unless you order an extra kit, --remember that.

I managed to shoehorn this in between my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 auxiliary tranny cooler and front grill. It was the only thing decent that would fit even with mods. The mounting system it came with was lame and only use a few pieces from it. BUT, this little fan seems to have the same motor as bigger fans. I flipped it and reversed the wires to be a pusher. It is about as good as u can get for a 7" fan and only thing I could make fit.

I used this fan in the firewall on my 2005 Polaris Ranger 700 xp to help keep the temperature down when doing a lot of idling and slow riding. Works great and the price was right.UPDATE : fan has died since installed due to abuse, lol. But overall still a good fan. I did have it submerged under water for long periods of time. I think it would have lasted a lot longer under normal automotive conditions.

Not the best choice for a small radiator/cooler application, because this type of fan has straight blades that blow air AWAY from its center axis. This is true whether used as a puller or reconfigured as a pusher. My cooler application is quite compact, so I would have been better served by "paddle" blades, referred to as a vane axial fan. Bottom line, I bought the wrong type of fan to add supplemental cooling to my motorcycle's oil cooler. Also, the diameter of the blades on the 7" fan are actually 7.5", making the overall outside diameter including the shroud to large to fit behind my rather smallish size oil cooler which is only 7" square. It would be immensely better if each fan listed by Amazon had better information regarding mechanical dimensions including mounting LxWxD requirements, current/voltage ratings, maximum air flow (CFM), etc. It is very difficult to select the proper fan just based on pictures of the product.

I mounted that fan under the nose of my race car as part of an auxiliary oil cooler system I installed. Huge drop is oil temp. Very happy.
