This worked for what I bought it for. I would just prefer that it came in different colors besides just blue but I was able to paint it with high heat paint pretty easily to match the rest of my engine bay.

The amazon listing shows two transmission line fittings, However the item only includes one in the package. Instead of cutting the metal line and inserting this product, I will need to purchase an additional fitting and determine appropriate mounting. Something to be aware of if you are purchasing this. Otherwise it appears to be a quality product

I have been using this autometer temp adapter for my transmission cooler line and so far it works really well. However, I used different "knozzle" fittings so I can connect directly to a transmission high pressure line.. I had an issue with leaking but that was because I didn't tighten the knozzles at first. After I tightened them, no leaks.I would recommend to use on automatic transmission cooler lines too and tranny temp gauges...

Used to hook into transmission cooler line to connect to temp gauge. Solid, no issues with block... 6 months installed.
