Love this. We play games that use 2 decks of cards and this unit consistently shuffles the two decks. We have had it now at least 2 years and it still works great.

Some folks have difficulty shuffling, but this makes it simple. Not flawless, but simple.Cards regularly get caught up in the process and stops the unit from working. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying.

I am probably like most people where I hate shuffling the cards. I'm usually the one that gets conned into shuffling cards. How do I make it easier on myself? Ah yes, let's buy a card shuffler.We play Phase 10 often. It shuffled them for about two rounds and then was like, nah bro. I'm not doing it any more. The cards always got stuck OR the wheels would turn to shuffle them but the cards won't feed through. You have to apply a bit of pressure at the top of the deck for it to feed them through. But too much pressure, it sends a bulk of cards. Not enough pressure? Nothing. We stopped using it, to be honest.It seems to only work with the deck of cards that it came with--4. Four decks of cards. Not sure what we are going to do with four deck of cards. I would've rather paid the same price without the cards for a bit more reliable product. It works, there isn't any doubt about the machine powering on and shuffling [the cards it came with]. Outside of that, I believe it's currently collecting dust in our game drawer.

We got this shuffler to simplify shuffling cards for some of our games. It has stood up to heavy use and continues to work well. The 4-deck capacity makes it sufficiently large to shuffle cards for all of our games.

What I disliked about this product was the quality of the switch which failed to function on the second day of use. I ordered a two deck shuffler about six months ago and after two months I had to repair the switch on it. I like it and had to repair the battery compartment because the batteries kept falling out. Finally it stopped shuffling. I ordered this four deck shuffler in mid December and the time I used it would not shuffle my deck but it shuffled the new decks sent with it. The first time I used it worked great. The four C - battery was better than the four AA battery; all around it seemed to have more quality than the previous one. The next day I pressed the switch to shuffle and it was dead. The switch simply would not function. I am back using my two decker and also found out it would not shuffle my older deck, but did great with the new deck. My wife and I like to play rummy and we chalked up over 11000 point and with repairs, it continues to function. I am returning the four decker.

This is the 2nd card shuffler I’ve purchased - this one is a different brand than the first one, and even though they look alike, this one seems far superior to the previous one which constantly got hung up, and eventually quit working altogether. No problems thus far with this one, PLUS they included 4 decks of cards (not included with previous one).At this price, I fully expect that I will probably have to replace it in a couple of years, but again for this price - this one works really great.
