I ordered to feed my 1yo Am. bulldog puppy, works great and you can completely customize the portions and feedings. The puppy gets 5 cups of food a day and this feeder handles the workload just fine! I actually use it without the bowl or insert and have it fall into a larger elevated bowl. Setup was incredibly easy! The camera and audio work great.

Everything works well and as expected. Camera is clear and smooth. Connecting everything up to app was a little tricky, but works great.

We've been adopted by 2 local stray cats and with cold weather fast approaching have been letting them into the garage for shelter and food. We went out of town for a week and needed to ensure they had a continued food supply. This seemed one of the better options. As I have a WiFi camera there already I did not need the camera version of this feeder but I did find having my own camera quite useful. I am very happy with the features of this feeder: I can initiate a manual feeding at any time and set multiple programmed feedings, all with their own frequency and quantity and all adjustable using the WiFi App - which was easy to set up. I was quite thankful this had dual band WiFi as my 2.4 GHz channels are full but I have plenty of slots on 5 GHz. The bowl is stainless steel and easy to clean. The food container is quite large, sealed to restrict moisture with a drying pack in the lid.

Product appears to work well but the manual is difficult to understand. Had trouble getting it to connect with my network but eventually did get it. So far it's working. Our last one (different brand) only worked a day or two before failing to stay connected. Had to keep reconnecting and reprogramming it.

So I was a little skeptical especially for the price but set up was a breeze I love how you can adjust how much food it dispenses up to 6 times a day it's really easy to clean and fill is nice and quiet and my cat loves it (he loves anything with food though) for the money this is well worth it i highly recommend

Solid red light - cannot reset it, cannot record anything, cannot added by any method. There is no way to contact the seller so I'm hoping this initiates a response. I bought TWO feeders and they have an identical issue which would lead me to believe I am the issue but so far, I've put batteries in it...and tried to add it. Nothing. So then I tried to reset it. Also nothing. I tried to then record a sound to see if any function was working - also no.

I wasted an hour trying to figure out how to get the app working. I scanned the QR device but it could not identify the feeder. Finally I read some other reviews and found one that said he could only get it set up through bluetooth. I turned Bluetooth on, rescanned and found the device (which has no name) and it was able to connect. Also there was a audio message that kept repeating in a foreign language and there was no way to turn it off which was irritating as heck This is ridiculous. I had a much easier time setting up other feeders.

Je donne 5 étoiles à ce produit pcq il répond parfaitement à mes attentes, à savoir la distribution à distance et/ou programmée des croquettes pour mon chat.Grande capacité de stockage, dosage des distributions, facilité d'utilisation de l'appli (j'avoue avoir eu un peu du mal à l'installer mais j'y suis arrivée), fermeture après distribution pour éviter à notre animal d'y entrer sa patte ou que les insectes y entrent, fermeture du couvercle en le visant (ainsi que la mangeoire en elle-même). Appareil sur secteur + piles en cas de panne de courant. Possibilité d'enregistrer sa voix pour l'appel de nos loulous.Pas de détecteur de blocage ou de mangeoire vide.Attention cependant à la stabilité de l'appareil, il est haut et étroit. Perso je l'ai attaché au pied d'une table en l'entourant d'une corde. Pas d'attaches prévues sur l'appareil comme je l'ai lu dans les explications.

Our cat doesn't eat much but we started looking into an automatic feeder so we can set a schedule for the late night / early morning.We looked at all the options available and this seemed to check all the boxesWe wanted something small (our cat doesn't eat much).We should be able to feed remotely via an appWe didn't really need the camera but for $20 extra, it's well worth it. When feeding remotely, it's a big plus to actually see our cat feeding. So I'd say the camera is a must for remote feedingYou can record a voice when it feeds. I'm also able to speak to my pet remotely. Probably a lot more useful for dogs, rather than cats.It was fairly easy to setup. In terms of durability, I don't know yet. I would have been willing to pay a little more if I found something that looked solid and more durable than this. But among all the options available, this would be the best in terms of price and durability. I found something twice the cost but didn't look like it was any more durable than thisThe app isn't the greatest. It's called iCam365 (you'd expect if to be called Frienhund). In any case, the setup was fairly straightforward. It's intuitive enough to use and has most of the features you'll need. You can view the camera anytime. You can set it up to get a notification when your pet comes over to feed, and/or when the feeder. You can set up a feeding schedule easily, and see the feeding historyThe only question mark right now is durability/longevity. Had it for just a week and no issues at all. If it lasts at least a full year without issues, it'll be worth it. If it doesn't last long, I'll update/edit this review to let others knowAFTER SALES SUPPORTOn the iCam365 app, there's a Help & feedback section where you can provide feedback or get support via a "New feedback" button. Was pleasantly surprised to have someone get back right away. And they were really helpful.

Facile à connecter en suivant les explications des commentaires des autres utilisateurs.Installer l'application puis scanner le QR code qui se trouve sous le distributeur de croquettes.Je n'ai pas essayé le distributeur automatique juste avec les piles ....Bon achat pour ma part, de plus la cuve de 5L. est suffisante pour mes 3 chats quand je m'absente, elle est encore à moitié pleine au bout de 6 jours.
