I received this way late and the packaging was insanely tore up which immediately told me that the product was messed up. It is bent all the way around so the insides do not work properly when the ball is put inside. I have requested a refund and I am waiting for a response. I will gladly mail this back with a prepaid label and a full refund. Thank you.

This is not what I was expecting… the description states this is a ball “launcher.†It does not launch the ball when the ball is dropped into the top… the ball rolls out slowly. I am very disappointed and so is my dog!

This is not a ball launcher, you put the ball in and it rolls out the bottom. I'ts ok for on older dog I guess but for a young very playful one it does not work. The ball only rolled a few inches from the box. not noisy at all, made ok I guess but not for our household

You put the ball in and it falls out. Does not launch. For $40 definitely not worth it. Don’t buy

I wanted a ball launcher that launched the ball 10ft into the air or more.

The ball slowly rolls down the shoot and slowy rolls about 2 feet. Useless
