All i can say is works great. Don't know how long. I use it for hydraulic fluid. Solid product.

I used this to remove fluid from the TH400 transmission in my classic car via the dipstick tube. I added some extra hose length by buying hose at my local hardware store. Works great! It would also be great for removing brake fluid or power steering fluid from the reservoir. Money well spent.

Maar met een klein beetje handigheid, kun je een ander slang indoen ,verder doet ie het goed.Want slangetje die is bedoeld om olie van de motor af te tappen is te klein.Ik had bijna 1 liter teveel olie in de motor, ik ben blij dat ik met deze pompje het onnodige olie eruit heb gekregen.

I've had similar before but they never lasted or did the job properly and I've struggled to syphon fluids where I needed to when working on my classic cars..this is without doubt the best quality and dies what I ask of it without leaking fluids..brake, power steering, gearbox oils etc everywhere I don't want them leaking , resevoir has a decent capacity and the tool is easy to handle and use in tight spaces when I'm under a vehicle etc...seals are standing up to the various chemicals they've been subjected to. all in all I'd say a must have in any car enthusiasts tool kit
