Bought this to filter out the water in my cold plunge. I have an intermittent timer that filters the water every 30 minutes - and the screen inside this filter works great. Good value.

Wasn't sure this would hold up to heat and pressure of a cooling system . .. much to my surprise, I installed in my heater hose supplying heater core and caught a lot of debris from my neglected cooling system... Make sure to mount high under the hood so you lose minimal coolant when dumping the filter...

This is my second one of these and it did the same thing. I had to load it up with silicone on the threads and then let it dry for 24 hours before actually gluing the PVC to it

Got this for a pre-filter for my outside tub. Flow is great and easy to clean with little water lost. This saves me money on the main filter since this is so easy to remove and clean with a used soft toothbrush.

Do not buy this product! The bowl cracks easily on the first use. Not even worth the money!

My first unit did not come with a seal, I didn't realize this until I couldn't track down my leak.... found it, got a replacement, swapped bottom ends and good to go! does a good job for a strainer

We use our well only for watering the yard. Great little filter for that.
