I got these rear overload spring/shocks for my 1994 Ford F150 P/U due to the facts that (1) the shocks had not been replaced for the 15 years I've owned the P/U AND (2) I'd been hauling 1500 lb (+) loads to the dump for several months after there was a structure fire on my property, and the P/U was starting to lean a bit on the left rear side. After replacing the old worn-out shocks with these new overload spring/shocks, I noticed a much better ride, plus the left rear section of the P/U bed stopped sagging.

Second update. After having replaced these struts twice I was pretty frustrated. The customer service provided has been excellent giving me the choice of a third set of struts or my money back. I chose the latter.Afterwards I found on a Mazda repair blog that this problem may have a VERY easy fix. If your struts are banging check the central nut on the top of the strut tower holding the spring - yes the one you are not supposed to touch. There is a good chance its worked itself loose. Retorque it to about 45 ft-lbs and see if the noise goes away. I am pretty sure this was my problem all along.Update: I am currently on my second set of these struts. Both times its been the left strut. The first broke after only a few weeks and the second having been used only a few months is now banging in the same manner. The company was super nice about sending the first set of replacements (no charge) but that dosent' change the fact these struts are fragile. I am glad I am able to do the labor myself but if I was paying for the work I'd buy a different set.I put these struts in my 5 a few weeks ago. I'm not a professional, just a shade tree DIYer. The shocks went in just like the YouTube videos said. Be sure to pry open the clamp on the steering knuckle a bit and use lubricant to make installation easier. For me the job took an hour for the first side, 45 minutes for the second from wheels up to wheels down with nothing but basic hand tools and a hydraulic floor jack. Very straightforward job, no problems. Time will tell if the shocks will last but so far so good. Ride is fine, similar to stock as is ride height. If you have a 5 with blown struts these are a good choice.

Installed them on my 2012 Nissan titan and experienced some squeaking after the install. Thought it was the shocks ( it wasn’t )but after a few days it cleared up. No more squeaking and the ride is smoother

I purchased these struts in April of this year after buying another brand that failed after 25 days. These had really good reviews, so I went with these. These however, did not last 6 months. It sounds like the front end is going to fall apart. Mainly the right side. I checked all the bolts and fasteners and everything was tight. I tried reaching out to Autosaver88 via their email listed on their website. The email was kicked back to me twice for "non-delivery" and no phone number to contact them. Very disappointing. However, Amazon is allowing a return on these. They were great for 5 months. Hopefully Autosaver88 will see this and fix their email account. They show a 1 year warranty, but again, no means of acting on it.

I run KYB shocks and struts on my 99' Mustang GT, but my brother's 2000 Mustang needed some new shocks and struts as they were OEM and were leaking. Decided to go with a cheaper option and due to reviews, seemed like a good product. The front struts and the rear shocks were good quality, packaged well, and came with hardware. I am an auto technician and this job went by quick and easy, but you may have to deal with seized nuts and bolts. I advise having a helping hand and making sure you have tools (breaker bar, wrenches, torque wrenches, etc.).Other than that, after installation the ride was very much improved. Took his car in for an alignment to complete the job. Very nice for the price--will update the review if faults occur but as of 1 month after installation I am pleased.

My mechanic installed these on my daughter's 2012 Nissan Altima and so far so good. It was easy for him to install and there is a noticeable difference in the smoothness of the ride since replacement. Price was very reasonable and along with the good quality, this product is a great value.

Lo que no me gustó es que se tardaron en entregar, lo bueno es que están cumpliendo con las expectativas.

They make all sorts of noises but this is not the main issue. They bounce a lot! Even at the slightest imperfection of the road, the front end of the car would bounce excessively. This is extremely dangerous at high speeds.I made a huge mistake by choosing those cheap struts, and an even worse mistake by not installing them before the end of the 30 days return period.

Does not match OEM and had to be changed in a few months. No way to contact the vendor for warranty claim. Additional costs for replacement components and repeated wheel alignment are the result of the poor product quality.
