I purchased this phone for my small business because it it compatible with a wireless headset I purchased. The number for customer support was quite difficult to find. When I was finally able to find someone who was willing and able to help me, I was informed that this telephone requires a “phone system†and does not function as a normal telephone. I cannot plug it into my modem or router and I had to send it back. Too complex for standard use.
