I received my warmer and after one day of use it wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to the customer service email and received a quick response and they sent me a brand new one, no hassle. It’s been almost 2 months now and it still works great. Adjustable settings, easy off & on, and more importantly baby loves it. Makes diaper changes so much better. Highly recommend!

Súper bueno .Mi bebé antes lloraba mucho y era muy difÃcil cuando lo cambiaba porque no le gustaba el frÃo de las wipes . Me recomendaron este calentador ha sido de gran ayuda mi bebé ahora está más tranquilo
