Holland America cruise line holds an "Orange Party" in which you need to wear something orange. Neither my adult nephew or I had anything and so I bought him this bow tie and I bought a feather boa. He loved the tie! Fit just fine and looked good!

What I mean by scratchy is, it left marks on my neck after elevating it bare on my neck, I used it for a costume though, kinda my fault. Either way, it’s very cute and very nice, easy to use as well
