My only regret is not ordering two of these windows because now they're out of stock. The window arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly in the space where we needed to replace an old, broken window. We like the quality and look of it so much that now we wish to replace another window that's similar sizing.Also, the vendor was excellent with communication when I contacted them to see when the item would ship because I was under a tight construction deadline. They answered immediately and shipped the item quickly to me. It arrived a few days before scheduled, which was amazing. We'd definitely purchase from them again.

This is a lovely window at this price point. Easy to remove glass panel by removing clips off of hinge pegs. Screen on simple spring removal fine. Wish there was a size 24 by 20.

It is a neat and attractive window. The window should have had a way to stop it {and stay} anywhere it needed to be.
