These shafts, plus the Deadbolt front links I ordered really lets you play around with the wheelbase to fit any build or body type.I only ended up using the shortest shaft for the front of my C10 chassis, and I used the stock front shaft in the rear, cut down a bit to fit. The good thing is the shaft is splined all the way down, so you trim as much as needed.Not sure why the one shaft doesn't have a u-joint end on it. Its not fun to swap but it is possible.

In the photo you can see why I needed the kit. Ran some custom 3D printed high clearance front arms and it pushed out the axle a bit. Perfect. Does the job. Crawl anything I throw at it, for now. Waiting to get a nice brushless set up before going with metal shafts.Crawl on!

I have been using these shafts in various SCX24 projects. I'm not a fan of metal drive shafts , and these bolt up to SCX transmissions perfectly , with no wobble.I read some reviews saying they are Splined Full length - The long shaft is not , it is splined down 18mm from the open end. Plan for this if you are trimming to fit a special project.I have yet to use the shortest female shaft, and which means one has to move the u-joint from it, to the medium shaft, which I have used the most. It is a needless hassle.The Axial website in their product description says ,and I quote " Drive shafts are assembled with metal U-joints" They are not.4 stars because they do what I want them to do.

I was able to mix and match to get the length I needed. Easy to cut down long shafts to the size you need also.
