The kit is a wonderful way to start making any dress from any fabric included or bought separately. However for those of us non-sewers the instructions only show you how to design a dress but not how to complete it with sewing with needle and thread. It’s challenging when I’m not that savvy and do not own a sewing machine. Something to consider.Again kits is great and the instructions help you design and not complete the dress once it’s on the mannequin.Great for beginner & experienced sewers.

My daughter loves designing clothes and is enjoying this but the way the mannequin is it's hard to make something modest looking. Most things end up strapless. Maybe she just needs to practice more for better tops. Also the material given makes very short outfits. The concept is great but we definitely added our own material so that things can look a bit more appropriate.

Amazed that parcel was received so quickly.Box did not have postage stickers all over it as per some prev reviews, which I was pleased about.Box is prob bout size of A4 paper. Paid $85 which may be on the expensive side but I know my granddaughter , 6yo, will love it and will get great enjoyment creating her designs.

My niece really enjoyed cutting and draping the fabrics on the manequins. A good selection of fabric and notions were included however we were having so much fun we headed out to the store for more fabrics.

Best gift ever! My daughter loved it and has been playing with it for three days straight, and also on and off after. Very interesting to her and best to keep her focused and stay “quiet sitting and doing “ for hours. I loved it!
