My son was so excited to receive this. He was immediately disappointed as the toy did not work properly. It also arrived in a plastic bag and not the normal packaging for Beyblades.

My son had saved up his money and purchased the toy but it was defective. Upon reaching out to the seller they sent him a new one immediately. I appreciate their understanding and amazing customer service.

Didn’t do enough research when buying, first flag was it came in an unmarked white bag. The top itself doesn’t attach to the launcher at all though, just falls off, no matter how I tried to work it, twist it once on, nothing helped. It’s useless
