The light up wheels are nice. This is a nice sturdy back and the wheels move or turn when you move the handle bars. I would say child needs to have been walking on their own for a few months before attempting this bike. That way you know they have their own balance down first and will be able to navigate using the bike themselves. I also recommend a bike helmet for safety.Priced at $33.99 they are very competitively priced making this a good purchase.

This little bike is wonderful. My little 2-year-old girl loved it. It went together really easily and it's expandable so it will grow with her some. She's really adorable playing on it. It's good heavy duty materials It's made well and it's expandable. This little bike is super cute! I got it for a 1 yr birthday gift for a friends son.It's relatively easy to assemble except a couple of things.The front of the body has a plastic piece on it that I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to attach the front wheel with that plastic thing on the bottom of the front frame piece.I opted to install the handlebars first and that plastic piece popped off the bottom while I was doing that, and then the front wheels fit on, but it's really sloppy loose and now I'm afraid that plastic piece was really supposed to be in there somehow but the instructions didn't say anything about it at all.And once you insert the handlebars by squeezing the press buttons and sliding it in the frame, the press buttons pop out into place inside the frame and there is no way to access them to squeeze them to try to take the handlebars back out to reassemble.The back wheels had such a tight fit over the rear frame that I had to use a mallet to try to tap it on and could never get it all the way on to where the press button could pop into place, but it's such a tight fit that I can't imagine it coming off accidentally even thought it's not completely secured on, I could not get it to budge to come back off or to go on any further.It's really cute that the wheels light up in the back as it rolls.But the wheels are so close together that while it does stand up on its own, it also tips easily.Altogether not so sure how this will hold up under the use and abuse of a 1 year old but it was worth a try.

My daughter loves this little bike! I can watch her zoom around the living room riding this cute bike all day. She happily scoots along and I just melt with happiness watching her little face beaming. I was nervous she wasn't going to take to it but she just hopped on and started going on her own. The assembly was easy but I did get confused with which way to put the little hubcaps on lol. This would definitely make a great gift and I love the little lights.

My nephew LOVES the lights. His older brother is always riding his bike so he’s excited that he gets to bring his out too. They rode it in the backyard all day and he loves the lights. He’s only 1 and a few months so he’s still not used to it yet but he’s gotten better on it since last month. He sometimes gives up and he’ll throw it on its side and play with the tires since he loves that they light up.I think it’s a great gift, super easy to put together, and great value for the quality.
