This is an awesome baby blanket. It’s a great size and comes exactly as pictured. It’s very soft and has the nice soft white side under the checkered part. I love using it to cover my newborns car seat when going out in the cold!

The blanket is big enough to cover my two year old. Just for reference I could also use this for my one year-old as well, but I would not use it for my five-year-old because she’s bigger and much more taller than my two-year-old and this isn’t really a blanket I would recommend for somebody with a child that’s four or five years old and up but three years old to 10 months I would. That’s just my opinion because I like blankets that cover my five- year-old’s body versus a blanket that would only cover maybe up to her ankles. It’s not too thick and not too thin. It is perfect. I wouldn’t recommend it for winter time even though right now it can get very cold where I’m at depending on every day. I also keep the heat on in the house as well, but my two year-old she sweats so it is helpful that this blanket is lightweight and also can keep her warm throughout the night. It’s also very cute and nice and the front and back has two different designs. The front is the checkered pattern and the back is a different pattern, I don’t know how to describe it but if you look through the photos, you can see someone who must’ve posted it.
