I bought this playpen because my 7 month old is learning how to army crawl her way into trouble, and my house layout is difficult to babyproof.This was easy to assemble by myself with sturdy metal poles and simple instructions. The play mat is made of an easy to clean waterproof material and is lightly cushioned (it is a little thinner than some others, but has enough cushion to protect from falls). My daughter gets to do a little independent play while I can catch up on dishes and she feels safe/secure nearby. Its easy to step over the side of it to get to her, but high enough that I dont worry about her climbing out. It was a good price compared to other playpens on Amazon as well.I set this up when my daughter was around 6 or 7 months and I am still using it now that she is 11 months old. It has worked well for the transitions between rolling, crawling, standing, and walking. It is still sturdy with all of her craziness and I am happy to know that she is safe/secure.It comes with some toys as well. The basketball hoop has been pretty pointless for now, but the pull up rings are my daughter's FAVORITE! I think these rings really helped her with standing, balance, and walking because she used them all the time. It gave her some independence to learn motor skills and she is now walking at 11 months!!One honest con about this is that the playmat has little alphabet/number indentations in it. My baby loves the textile aspect of feeling the grooves, but I don't like how cleaning products collect in the spaces. Because of this, I often clean with a cleaner, then wipe the cleaner off several times with plain water so that there aren't any chemicals left behind (even if they are baby safe cleaners, I get a bit paranoid).If you are looking for a playpen that is sturdy, safe/secure, and big enough to grow with your baby, I would recommend buying this!Hope this review was helpful!

Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy, although it is not foldable. Love that the play mat can easily be cleaned as we know how messy little ones can be. It’s roomy enough for the baby, his toys and me. The older kids enjoy playing their cars on the street map or throwing a blanket over the top for a fort. It’s a win, win product for our family.

This playpen is awesome!!!!!!! Plenty of room for my granddaughter’s toys and for her to scoot around and play. She’s walking now. This play yard is perfect to keep her contained and entertained and keep her safe from big brother’s toys and Legos. Highly recommend!

This playpen is wonderful, and we use it every day. My wife and I are the grandparents and are daycare providers four days a week. This large playpen has enough space to put anything in there that helps occupy a one-year-old's mind with room to spare. It's big enough that my wife and I have both been in it, and there is still plenty of room for the little one to play.I want to point out that although it is large and you'll need a bit of floor space to use it, it's so light we can put it up in the evenings or even move it to another room or lanai. It's not meant to be sat on or leaned heavily against the sides, it's still quite sturdy. The bottom is washable and it will hold up well and it helps that it is slightly padded. The pockets and grab handles are great as they come with the unit and make it more usable.I don't think you can go wrong with this unit!

After looking through many playpens, I selected this one based on reviews. It did not disappoint. The playpen was easy to set up. Just follow the directions. It is sturdy. What I like most about this one above the other playpens is the mesh walls. The other materials were harder. My baby is just learning to crawl and sit. I worried that he may fall over and bump his head. This one is perfect. It comes with pull up rings and a basket. Unfortunately the basket did break after a few weeks of my son playing and tugging it. Besides this minor flaw, I really think it’s worth the buy. The mat is soft and durable. It is relatively easy to clean. Some debris gets caught in the grooves but it’s no big deal. A wipe removes this easily. Overall I definitely recommend this playpen.

This was super easy to put together. The play mat fits perfectly into it. This fits an adult who is 6 foot tall inside with the baby and still plenty of room. The only issue that we have is that it’s not one that you can fold down and put in the carry bag. You literally have to take it completely apart to put it in the carry bag so it’s not very convenient to take anywhere. it’s almost best to leave it set up and it’s really huge so be prepared to either have a place to leave it set up or a giant house.
