Bought this to help darken my cornet's tone and blend better with my kids' homeschool orchestra (adults often sit in and I don't want to overpower the 12 year olds on bassoon in front of me). As expected, took some getting used to as the A cup on a Bach is like diving into a swimming pool compared to the C cups. ;)

Good tone, easy tp play with good variation betwen high and low notes , ideal for the brass band I play with.
