I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pot and lid. It was very reasonably priced. The pan is attractive and lightweight but sturdy. The lid fits perfectly. I expect it to last as long as I do! The pan comes with some basic instructions for care to keep it looking brand new. It's as simple as getting it clean and drying it off! The pan heats up quickly even on an induction stove. Handles are perfect.. doesn't take a lot of storage space.And I would give customer service another five stars! Overall a good choice for a 3 qt lidded pan.

This is sturdy and built right. It is thick and durable. It holds loads of food. The lid fits great. The bottom is reinforced. The handles are sturdy. Easy to clean. It also looks good!

Very pleased with this pot. Made a large batch of chili with no scorching. The heavy bottom transfers heat very evenly. Cleanup was trivial. Well made.

I spent months researching & reading thousands of reviews of more pots than I care to say and finally settled on this pot, it’s well packaged in a thicker than average box with additional thickened cardboard side walls to prevent damage they did well packaging, I love the price it’s not cheap nor is it overpriced, the handles have rivets so they don’t come loose nothing more annoying to a cook then handles that constantly come loose. It’s heavy enough but not overly heavy, it’s stainless steel it’s for cooking soup, stews, chili etc so it doesn’t stick or burn on the bottom unless user is negligent and allows it to burn. I upgraded from a cheap 12 quart to a 20 quart which is perfect for my needs and I love love the markings on the inside lets you see how many quarts you’ve made!

I have to give 4 stars after I decided to keep it, I was going to return it because I ordered 14 qt stock pot and they send me a 12 qt stock pot in a box for 14 qt pot, after thinking for a wile I decided to just keep it, beside I did not had the option to replace and I bought this during black Friday specials and if I return it and order again going to cost me more. If they had sending me the correct one I would give a FIVE STARS.

This is a great soup pot. Heavy weight and spacious enough for extra large batches. I make and freeze large batches of soup and enjoy seasonal flavors year-round. I don't see using this for thick soups or tomato sauce because they are bound to stick unless frequently stirred. It would be great for boiling, steaming (multiple layers with the right insert) and simmering. Great value for the money.

Bought for my daughter-in-law who likes to cook lots of soups and stews for the family. She’s in love with it. Does not burn, even heat and easy clean. Top of the line! And it looks elegant.

I love this pot. It has an extra heavy bottom so food doesn't scorch.We used it to make homemade spaghetti sauce. I highly recommend this pot.
