Almost identical to what my therapist used in our first session. Would recommend to anyone who does PT at home. It's a touch stiffer than what I expected.

This balance pad looks just like the pictures and measures to the dimensions described in the pictures. It is sturdy, yet soft enough when standing on it. This has been great as I can now perform some exercises at home rather than at the gym. I lowered the star rating for two reasons. It had an an odor to it after opening it up after the plastic. The odor went away after letting it air out in my basement for a few days. When ripping off the plastic, I wife must have scratched the side of the pad with her nail. The material not only scratched but peeled a bit. Overall, this is nice balance pad, but need to be careful when handling it.

Right size for my shoe size 11. Pad density is firm enough for balance exercises.
