I’m only 140 and the line bottoms out. It’s great for my little kids, but I’d recommend a larger one for adults to use if you really want to do training on it.

This is a nice balance trainer. It is like a mini slack line. It is only rated for 200 lbs. so I'm feeling like it isn't exactly appropriately marketed towards "Adults". We have another different brand that is certainly larger and stronger than this unit.I weigh about 205 lbs and I found this functional but not completely secure for my weight. It really felt like I was pushing the limits when bouncing on this.We also ordered the "Kids" model of this unit and I was surprised to find that it was exactly the same as the Adults model. It really seems like the "Adult" model should have a larger capacity.Overall, I'm satisfied with the "Balance Trainer for Adults - Slackboard Standing Desk Balance Board and Home Workout Equipment, Balance Trainer for Yoga, Strength, Coordination, Concentration".

This is an excellent piece of gym equipment. I have never seen this kind of balance trainer before, yet after seeing this one I found some other ones. The difference between this balance trainer and the other ones on the market is that this balance trainer is smaller. The original brand, and the first imitation brand, both make boards that are 42 inches long. This balance trainer after tightening the strap is a little over 30 inches long. The width of and height are also less.The smaller size may or may not be an advantage for one. This smaller balance trainer is more in line with a skateboard size. The smaller size may make it easier to do tricks on. The smaller size can also fit a kid’s foot better. Yet if one is trying to learn how to walk a slack line that larger size is better, also an adult may fit the larger size better. This smaller size is still large enough for my adult feet in a natural stance.I had to really tighten the slack line down so a single foot doesn’t hit the ground when stepping on the center of the slack line. In order to tighten the slack line down, I have to lean on the board and pulled the strap really tight. I have to re-tighten the strap about once a week, as somehow the strap loosens. I hope the board doesn’t crack on me, and for now, the board seems fine.Aside from receiving the wrong design, this balance trainer is really fun to use. I periodically step and walk on the slack line throughout the day. This balance trainer gets lots of use for burpees, mountain climbers, and in and outs. Holding onto the slack line trainer while doing the above exercises challenges some muscles in a whole new way. I previously did the above exercises while holding onto a wobble board, yet I favor this slack line over a wobble board most of the time.Overall, this is a great balance training/exercise board. Yet one has to realize, for nearly the same price, they can get a much larger board. One has to decide if they want the larger board or this more compact board.

This is great for balance practice ... as long as you're UNDER 200 lbs! Ignore the instructions that come with it ... they're indecipherable. Use the manufacturer youtube to help put it together. (Unfortunately, I can't give you the video link!) It makes it much easier.
