It's pretty sturdy for the priceI'm 5'10 175lbs so the bench and dip rack holds up well.My issues with this bench is the instructions was not clear at all which made it take longer to put together.Also one hole didn't line up but I made due.Overall it works well for me

I bought this set for my teenage son. The instructions were difficult to follow because the parts were not labeled properly. It was very difficult to identify which screw/bolt, etc. was for the specific assembly. The pictures did not help and the print was very small.Once fully assembled it is very shaky. The nuts provided were not compatible with the screws and it caused the bench to be extra wobbly. I am scared to let my son use it. I bought it for $59+ tax. I guess you get what you pay for. I will buying a more reputable bench soon.

This is an excellent bench for starting out. Many reviews stated it was difficult to assemble but all of the screws only fit the holes they are designated for. The only large diameter screw that is a different length is for the second step and it has 2 smaller washers whereas the other large diameter screws have a large and small washer. That's the only area I could really see causing any hold-ups. It took about 35 minutes to assemble since I had to remove the aforementioned screw from the wrong hole and replace it with the correct length. All in all it works very well albeit very basic and lacking some higher end options but for what I paid for it I'm perfectly content and I'm sure it'll last me until I need to upgrade in the future.

The bench arrived well packaged. All parts were there. It took me a couple of hours to put it together. The manual has decent instructions how to put it together. The only thing that it would make it better if the bolts, nuts and washers were maybe separated or packaged in a one of those bubble packages. They were all together in one bag and it took me some time to separate and understand which one is which. I am attaching an image of them with markings so hopefully it will help save you some time. I would also use your own ranch rather than using the one included in the package.Overall, it's good for the price and pretty steady unless you're planning on benching really heavy weights and then I would definitely go with something else.

Same as other reviews - I ordered the white and black bench and it appears that the support bar provided is not for this set. Some kind of common mix up at the factory it seems. The holes do not align with the support post on the bench and the bolts provided have a square head but the support bar has round holes. I kept it, it’s fine for my needs and it’s cheap but I had to buy different bolts at the hardware store and I have to drill new holes for the support bar. If you don’t have a drill or don’t want to go buy new bolts then maybe don’t buy this until they fix the problem. Also I wouldn’t describe this as “rock solid†but it’s functional and space saving so I give it two stars.

It was missing 2 bolts, nuts and washers. Had to go to Home Depot to finish building it. Also, the instructions are rough and could be more descriptive.

I was worried that i wouldnt find something as small and easily storable, but low and behold! ThisBalanceFrom Multifunctional Adjustable Olympic Workout Bench is the perfect edition to anyone's home. Not only is this easy to assemble and comes with clear instructions, this is just the thing I needed for my small space. Its sturdy, looks great, and enables me to maneuver around my other equipment.I give this product a A++, i would recommend to a friend!

el instructivo poco claro y algunas de las piezas no ensamblan correctamente. Opino que la calidad de los materiales es de Ãndole medio. En fin por lo que cuesta creo que no se puede pedir más.

The product was securely packaged and arrived on time. Product is as advertised no missing parts and all in excellent condition. It did take a 1-2 hours to assemble otherwise happy with purchase and would order again.

In COVID-19 time, prices of all fitness equipment are highly inflate! The price of this item is somewhat affordable. Let's not compare it to industrial business class like Nautilus. The design and build of this item is SUITABLE for home (not abuse) use.I like the Carriage Bolts, the nuts with plastic insert, the insertion pins with springy locking ball, the sturdiness of light-duty construction.The assembly instructions are easy to follow EXCEPT ONE minor OMISSION, inaccurate note (see part F photo). The LARGE round holes of two vertical square poles must FACING INWARD. Insert the round F bar (attached to the seat) into these two holes and bolt them to the 2 vertical posts BEFORE attaching the E bar. See the diagram with written notes in one photo.My item comes with some defective parts (see photos). Your MAY BE perfect. A- Broken non-essential plastic parts (see photos) B- Hole of ONE SIDE of a bar hold is not large enough for the insert pin. C- All five holes of ONE SIDE of the rotation plate are not large enough for the insert pin.Instead of returning this sizeable equipment, for solving B and C, I will use long bolts replacing the quick insert/extract pins for now. Later I will have to buy a proper steel drill bit to widen the holes for using the supplied pinsBETTER QUALITY CONTROL Please !!!*** UPDATE May 21,2021 *** Installed it in the basement for 2 weeks. It still has strong disinfectant odor even after careful wiping with liquid soap and water twice. It may be sprayed with some strong order substance INSIDE the metal square tubes ! Literally it stinks !!! Don't want to pour water into the tubes (metal rusting), have to find way to rid the offensive odor !!!
