My stove burners are burning out and I used this as a replacement. It worked great. I am told the new stoves out in the market are not allowed to can on them. This works wonderful for that purpose. It boiled the water very fast and I was able to cook my corn to get it done.I think you need to advertise this canner more. With the idea that the new stoves are not allowed to be canned on, this is a good replacement. You should sell a lot of them.

The best part is the water drain that you can put next to a sink and easily drain without having to lift it. Only issue I've had is it sometimes temporarily stops boiling, so you have to watch it.

We used the unit for water bath canning. Other uses considered are bone broths, soups, golashes and preparing sweet corn for canning and the freezer. The diffuser plate was appreciated. The only drawback was the drain spout is too short due sink lip. This is easily solved with a home made shield using a plastic bottle or elevating pot on a board.
