The balloon inflator worked perfectly. Initially, I plugged it in and turned it on. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner! But I soon learned that you don't have to turn it on; just put a balloon over the blue inflator, press down a little, and the machine kicks on until you release pressure. And you should release it quickly because that balloon will inflate fast! I inflated over 75 balloons like this and it took no time at all. The kit comes with about 50 balloons - I wish there were more colors because they were mostly pink, but it was still a great bargain! Tying the balloons with the blue holder took some getting used to, but it's better than just using fingers. Be careful blowing up the little red "heart" balloons - they are smaller, explode easily, and they don't hold air. Save them until just before the party. The "Happy Birthday" balloons were easy to blow up manually with the little straw and they still have max air over a week later!! The streamers were also nice. Oh, and don't explode the clear "gold dot" balloons or you'll have these little gold dots all over the house! Not a big deal, but you'll be finding them a week after you thought you got them all. But if you like the confetti effect, go for it!!!***Word of Caution: the kit contains a roll of sticky dots to put balloons on the walls or elsewhere. The dots must be petroleum-based, because in my case, each dot left a dark spot on the painted walls and now I will need to repaint those sections after finding something to match. But other than that, this is a great kit and I recommend it. My wife absolutely loved it and that's all that matters to me. I would buy it again.

I purchased this item four years ago and it is still working well. I use it often. So convenient and a time saver. Easy to take wherever needed.

I've been contemplating on purchasing one, I blow up hundreds of balloons for my daughter's birthday, I pulled the trigger on this one because of the bundles balloons. I've never used one so I'm not specialized in the units, but I love it! Blows the balloon up quickly and so easy to use.Getting a hang of the other added peices are also fun to get the hang of but did find them useful.So the only "bad" I can put is that when the unit arrived the balloons were not there. Customer service was awesome though. They sent another whole kit, I was able to take the balloons from there and send back the duplicates. All done within 24hours.So if your debating on one. I say go with this!

This is a good purchase. The only flaw is that one of the knot typing tools was received broken. The product came with two so it was not a biggie. That is the reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars. If needed, I would purchased this product again.

I completely underestimated the time it would take to inflate enough balloons to make a balloon arch for a four year old birthday party. I had a cheap hand inflator I purchased at Walmart. I honestly thought that would be better than blowing them up. To my credit the hand inflator is better than total lung power. However having learned this lesson and knowing I have a graduation party coming soon , I immediately ordered this balloon inflator after my Dino fiasco. Before I signed myself up for making another balloon arch , I wanted to be sure I could do it in a less painful manner. I had about 10 balloons left from my dinosaur party so I used them as my test balloons. It came with some supplies too but I wanted to use those items for the graduation party if all went well. Wow! There was some major air coming out of those blow up holes (do they have a name ?) I would describe the noise as medium , but manageable and really not something you notice after a while. It’s more of a background noise at that point. After kicking myself about the Dino balloon arch ordeal I felt much more confident about doing another one for the graduation party. It’s simple to use and requires almost zero effort. It took me far less time and effort using the electric pump versus the hand pump. I told my daughter she can have as many balloons as she wants at her party now. I also feel like this electric pump will out live one of those plastic hand pumps I had easily. As a parent , it feels like there are constantly balloons and parties , so I plan on using this multiple times a year. Oh it also has a nifty and safe storage area for the cord. Again, if you have littles around then you know cord management is key in safety.

The force of this balloon pump blew all the hair off my face and startled everyone in the room. It packs a lot of power and need only a second to blow up a balloon - this will come in handy as we’re expecting to have a lot of balloons for my sons birthday. I wish I knew these existed before the last event we threw, would’ve cut the set up time in half. Also, everything it includes (the balloons, birthday letter balloons, the garland strip, the ribbons, the flower balloon clip) makes this soooo worth it. It’s like a party in a box. Will be recommending this to every momma I know.

This thing is a life saver, especially when it comes to balloon arches. It’s quick and efficient and gets the job done much faster than blowing them up yourself.
