I normally wear a size large in most gloves, and these fit me perfectly. They are a bit hard to get on, but you just have to pull them on like a thick pair of rubber gloves. They have a little adjustment strap on them that would be helpful for smaller hands, but I really don’t need it because the gloves fit so well. Obviously, with webbed fingers it is harder to grab things, so these are pretty much purpose-made for swimming (other than maybe a cool part of a Halloween costume). I’m looking forward to trying these in the river this summer, but I tried them in the hot tub and they move much water than my bare hands, so I have no doubt they will help with swimming performance. Would recommend.

My girlfriend had this to say: One of my favorite workouts is treading water in a pool without touching the sides or the bottom for a set period of time. I have used aquatic shoes - but I have never tried webbed gloves. I am very pleased with these gloves. The seem solidly made - and I am happy to say they do not have any "rubbery" or synthetic outgassing smell (this is a big plus for me). They slide on easily and feel comfortable. It is great to be able to add a bit of resistance to working out my arms in the water. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

Difficult yo get on and off. I will see hiw it works in the pool.
