The sizing info on this listing is very confusing. A boys size small would generally be for a very young child in "toddler" size shoes. My son is 4 and wears a youth size 1 shoe and these fit ok, maybe a touch too big. I think they would be way too small for an 8-12 year old.

If you have ever purchased socks from a retail store you know they have those thin plastic string tags - and without fail, every single time, I manage to cut a hole in the sock because the tags are embedded into the sock. Imagine the sheer joy I experienced when I opened up this package to find NO STRING TAGS!!! Truly, it is the small things in life. I purchased these for my children - who wear size 2 & 3 respectively, and they fit them great! I am going to purchase another pack!!!

These bamboo socks have no labeling on the outside, which makes them perfect for boys’ gymnastics socks. They are comfortable to wear and fit my son’s size 5 foot perfectly. They are a bit thinner than other bamboo socks he has, but he likes them. These do have a noticeable toe seam, so if you have a child with sensory issues, this could be an issue. But otherwise, a good deal for 10 pairs.

These seem well made and the size small fit nicely on my child who has size 12.5 little kid feet. There is definitely some room to grow which I like. The material is nice, smooth, and feels like high quality, I hope they hold up and they look like they will. Photo shows size comparison with Bombas youth size with grips. These are a good weight, not too thick or too thin. Wore them today for the first time to forest school so we will see how they performed, but so far I am happy with the quality and appearance of these kids socks!

I ordered these socks in size small for my son who wears size 1 shoes. They fit him perfectly. The elastic cuffs fit him great too. They keep the socks in place but they are not too tight or restrictive. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and on a thin side but not too thin or flimsy. The fabric content is 76% viscose made from bamboo, 22% polyester, 2% elastane. The workmanship is very good.
