I have been using this incense burner for over a year, I think. It's been at least many months. I have had no problems with it. It's made of bamboo so one should not be rough with it. It works quite well for long stick incense. The adjustable holder on mine was a little loose, and would not stay where I set it. But I folded a little piece of aluminum foil and put it in there and now it holds it just fine.For a stick incense holder, I highly recommend this.

I’ve purchased several burners of different types (wood container with holes in top, vertical glass tube container with stick incense holder at top, ceramic antique for cone incense) but this is one I always use because it’s convenient and easy to use.

As long as you set the incense stick properly, this incense holder will catch the ashes. It's the perfect size, super elegant, light as a feather unlike the ceramic ones I've had in the past, and wipes clean with ease. The adjustable height for the sticks is a nice bonus too.

For the price, the build quality is ok. I like the simple design, and the beveled wood neatly holds the incense ash. However, it was difficult getting the incense hole to reveal, and the hole is all the way through. This causes the incense stick to go out the other side.

Was looking for something small to catch the ashes from our insence sticks. This is very sturdy and catches the ashes perfectly. The sticks sit on a perfect angle so it burns at a good speed and not to fast. Perfect size fits exactly where we needed it to.

Easy to clean/wipe. Sometimes the ashes fall off the side but that could be my incense of the direction of the air flow. Either way, it's great and catches most of the ash.

These incense holders are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! They have an indented area to collect all the ash... nowhere near as messy as the regular incense holders. I have bought FOUR of them, so far, and intend of purchasing more! I love burning incense, but hated the mess... now I don't have to worry... They're FANTASTIC!!! I recommend them to anyone who dislikes the mess as much as I did. A+

The compactness prevents you from lighting multiple incense one after the other, because the ashes build up rather quickly, but It's great nontheless. My favorite feature is that the wooden bit where the incense goes can be adjusted in height. I will probably buy it again because I lost my incense holder in the move.
