We used several of these faceplates to cover the installation of a Dolby Atmos sound system. The faceplates worked flawlessly and fit with standard Banana plugs. The connections were great, and the system passed all the automatic wiring checks. The plates/corrections did not introduce any issues in the system. The installation looks great and gives the project a finished high-tech feel. These plates are a great vaule!

This wall plate is really nice looking and it works great. The connectors on both ends accept either 4mm banana plugs or bare wire. And if you use bare wire it is easy to tighten the nuts to ensure a proper connection.

Works as intended. Definitely recommend using banana plugs with it as it cleans it up a little and makes the connections that much easier. Plate and plastics are of good quality. Looks good.

Only issue is wiring the posts when you have more than one speaker set. Would be nice if they had a bit more separation. When pushing the exterior banana plugs in, face seems to give a bit. Didnt crack...but had me worried when installing.

I used to have wires hanging out the wall. Going to my patio. Now It looks neat and clean. Speaker quality is good and connects speaker wire as it should overall happy with purchase.

Use these for surround sound. Offer different sizes. Had to relocate one of my wires as original routing was in a foot traffic area.Bought with extra set of plugs if I get another sub and need wire routing options.

I purchased and installed this banana post wall plate to wire a set of outdoor speakers on my porch. The wall plate is installed on an interior wall where I've connected an Echo Dot through a small amp (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071XQGYRJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to the wall plate, and the speakers are wired to the back of the plate through my attic. We use the Amazon Alexa app on our phones to play music when on the porch, which works well, and ensures that no one can wander by and tell an outdoor Alexa to turn on lights, or other foolishness you might get if your echo was actually outside, not to mention this does not expose anything electronic to the weather.The plate was very quick and easy to install, and provides a very good connection. I've had it installed for over six months, and it is still working great (as should be expected) with no connection drop-outs. I wish I'd had these 20 years ago when I hard-wired my surround sound speakers indoors.
