Awesome toy! This is actually my first DX mecha from the Super Sentai series and it does not disappoint. The trains look cool and the combination is really easy. The trains lock together when combinding and don't fall off unless you press these 'release' buttons, ensuring you or whoever is playing with it won't break it from being too exuberant.There are a few cons. First off, the sword/gun is really small, so it's more like a dagger. There is no articulation as far as elbows or knees go, and when the trains are hooked up in train mode, they have trouble staying together since it's a loose connection.But still, if you're a Toqger fan, you need this toy! Espicially if you also have the morpher.

Don't let the pictures fool you, Toq-oh looks much better in hand than the pictures suggest. Each of the trains are highly and accurately detailed with the standard Bandai Japan quality. The resulting robot is a bit blocky but isn't as irritating as I thought it would be. There are ports on Toq-oh that accomodate additional Ressha trains to make new combinations and add more playability. The trains can also line up one after another, which was alot of fun itself after assembling some additional trains for a super long train. This robo is good fun for both kids and collectors.

The main mecha of the ToQger line. At first when I saw it in ads for the designs before the show started I was put off by it. However as time went on its design grew on me and I actually quite like this figure. The detail is great, which is a standard for all mechas in the Super Sentai line. It is fairly short when compared to past Sentai mechs, but that doesn't hurt the figure, especially if you have little room to store it. I think my children love it more than I do, especially when used with the Tokkyu Changer.I haven't compared them yet, but the individual trains look to be about the size of Thomas or Chugington toys, so if you have the tracks for those you could possibly use them with this set.The only drawback I have about it is the lack of elbows on this, or any of the other mechs in this line. Bandai of Japan did try to make up for this fact by releasing an elbow set for these mechas included with a set of light up tracks, but the price of that set doesn't make it worth it if all you are wanting are the elbows for this mecha.Highly recommended for fans of trains, Super Sentai, or transforming robots in general. If you get this you need to get the others in the line to get the most out of this figure.

ToQ Oh is just incredible. Early promotional pictures created a storm of negative feedback, but your opinion WILL change once you get this beauty in hand. The individual trains look like model trains and when combined, creates some holy trinity of Sentai mech. ToQger seems to be playing with minimalism and simplicity and does a hell of a good job with it. The clicks and snaps of combining the ToQger's main giant mecha are just so immensely satisfying. It's vibrant colors just make it all the more fun and enticing. Seriously, best $70 spent.

the train modes look great i would buy them just for that fact, but you also get a robot as well alone it's a 4/5 add the other trains from Super Sentai Toqger to this set and it's a 5/5

If you can get this one for a good price, I think you'll be glad you did. While the series' designs definitely take a while to grow on you, these trains are colorful, and the simplicity of the design makes them pretty cool to have. These are especially great if you combine them with Build Dai-Oh and Diesel-Oh to create Chou Chou Toq-Dai-Oh!

I like that it came on time but didn't like that it was missing a piece on one of the trains. The Yellow train was missing a piece. I didn't get the whole Yellow train. I got two of the same parts.
