Very sturdy and clear maps. We were backpacking and a couple trails we had planned to do were closed because of weather. I'm SO glad we had this map because it has trails marked, where campgrounds are, the distances, and more. IT IS NOT A TRAIL GUIDE but has a lot of this information. We were able to pick a new itinerary without any trail books just using this map. I'll definitely be getting this brand when we do other trips.

Gave it a 5 because it lives up to its description - Trails Illustrated - and the material looks durable. Should be great for hikers as it depicts the terrain and provides the distances of the trails. However, I was disappointed that it did not include an insert (blow up) map of Banff.

This map is for trails only. I would have liked it to include the town of Banff if not as an enlarged blow up, at least on the map somewhere.

If you are going on long hikes in the backcountry, maybe this is for you. If you want to focus on the top 10 attractions in the park, going on 1-2 hour hikes mostly, and want to navigate roads-forget this. Tourist areas are not zoomed in at all and you are left with huge amounts of space showing mountains (remote). Frustrating that areas where 99% of travelers focus on are such a small part of that map with barely any road information. I didn't expect every road, but certainly more than the ridiculously small amount shown. Description wasn't detailed enough to explain the limited users of these maps. But, it is good quality if backcountry/remote areas of the park is your thing (hence 2 stars vs. 1).

Très bon produit, qui nous a été indispensable pour préparer notre voyage de 3 semaines dans les rocheuses canadiennes.L'échelle (1:100 000), le tracé des sentiers balisés et les indications des divers points d'intérêts et lieux utiles (camping, aire de pic nic, toilettes, ...) sont idéaux pour très pratiques pour programmer nos arrêts et randonnées.En revanche échelle un peu large pour faire office de carte de randonnées.

Not as good as UK OS but the best map available and printed on high quality waterproof paper! Recommended if visiting this area, especially if driving yourself. OK for hiking but could do with larger scale.

Kann ich für jeden sehr empfehlen, der in den Rockies im Backcountry campen und wandern gehen möche.Dazu ein Kompass und man findet sich sehr gut zurecht.
